Uday Singh Rathore is a seasoned Advocate with over 12 years of professional experience in Civil, Constitutional, SLP and Family matters. An alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, he has consistently approached law as a living discipline - one that must balance doctrinal principles with social realities, justice, and human experience.
Alongside his litigation practice, Mr. Rathore has over 15 years of teaching and mentoring experience. He has been invited as a guest lecturer at more than 30 premier law institutions, including National Law Universities (NLUs), University of Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia, and O.P. Jindal Global University.
Over the years, Mr. Rathore has successfully mentored and guided more than 400 judicial officers, reflecting his deep understanding of law, procedure, and judicial reasoning. His dual role as a practitioner and educator allows him to bring clarity, precision, and strategic insight to both litigation and legal training.
At the firm, Mr. Rathore continues to provide principled legal representation while contributing to the development of the next generation of legal professionals.
